*grins* Yeah.. spent so much time on it, my eyes feel like they are going to fall out of my head from staring at the screen. XD Thanks for the comment! Hopefully this will get a good grade for me when I turn it into my illustration class. *crosses fingers*
Nice job Liz, I really like the the loose brush work in this image it is very reminicent of a watercolor. The loose yet seemingly agressive style really works well for the image and the detail is wonderful. I especially like how you handled the peacock feather in his hat and the way you handled the baggy section under his eyes. the perspective on the door came out really well and I love the contrast between the door, both its hindging and the panels of the door, against the Frog Prince's skin tones. There are a few areas that I wonder if some of the overlaping of the highlights could have been a little closer and possibly a little shadow around the foot that you can see the flat of the bottom that would make it really pop out even more perspectivly from the body. I love the wood grain of the door frame in this image it came out wonderfully, the texture is perfect. I love the look on the Frog Prince's face, and how squishy he looks. Beautiful piece!

Nice work, Liz. I think this is your best work yet. I think there are some perspective issues going on that you're eventually going to have to deal with. But hey, we have all the time n the world.
Yeah, the perspective was really getting to me.. so it is something I noticed. Buuuut.. after messing and twicking it for that long and with the due date creeping up, sometimes you just have to do it .. call it good, learn from it and move on!
Thanks though! I agree, I think it's some of my best stuff to date.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
